Delivery

The flat rate shipping charge for UK delivery is £4 plus VAT based on Royal Mail First Class delivery.   Royal Mail aims to deliver all First Class mail on the working day after dispatch.  International delivery is by Airmail Small Packets which costs £7 plus VAT for Europe and £10 for Rest of the World and which aims to arrive in 3-5 working days for Europe and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World.

Shipping is added at Checkout.  If you have any special delivery requirements - such as requesting non-branded outer packaging - please let us know using the Contact Us menu option at the top of the page or by email at enquiries@zhaihealthcare.co.uk.

Returns Policy

Any products purchased from this website may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.  Please see Clause 4 of our Terms and Conditions for details.
